4 Points Portal announces the opening of its first branch in Freetown, Sierra Leone, in a news release by the organization. The Social Media Marketing & Business Development Firm will service small businesses looking to build their brand, aid them in acquiring more online customers, and monetize their advertising efforts. The firm will also scout abroad for investors.
While in Sierra Leone, our DOM met with the Hon. Minister of Works & Public Assets in addition to Dr. Alie Kabba the Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Dr. Kabba's passion for revitalizing the economy of Sierra Leone is contagious and received our DOM very warmly. Under the leadership and stellar vision of the newly elected President Julius Maada Bio, Sierra Leone is fast becoming a safe haven and prime location for investors!

During our DOM's visit to open a branch office in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and participate in the Grand Opening of a client's boutique, she also met the Press Secretary to the President of Sierra Leone, Mr. Yusuf Keketoma Sandi.
Mr. Sandi is the spokesperson for the Sierra Leonean State House and the main channel of communication to the press.
This past October, our DOM was in Freetown, Sierra Leone to open a Branch office and also to assist in the Grand Opening of our client, ZOE Gemz's Boutique; which is newly located at SeaCoach Express Airport terminal in Aberdeen, Freetown. Our firm provides Business Development consultations, and periodic Social Media Marketing, as well as Ad content for the company.

H .E. President Julius Maada Bio of the Republic of Sierra Leone, appointed Ambassador Raymond De'Souza George, as his Senior Presidential Adviser & Ambassador-at-Large for Heritage and Cultural Affairs, in his mission to promote, preserve and protect the rich and robust culture and heritage of Sierra Leone. Amb. DeSouza George founded the Heritage & Cultural Affairs Unit of Sierra Leone May 2019.
Ambassador De'Souza George in his endeavor to facilitate the mission of the President, appointed 4 Points Portal Enterprises, a Business Development firm in the United States, that renders services such as Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Social Media Platform Management etc. to set up a volunteer team that will undertake the development of the HCASL's - USA Partnership Development program.
